I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to store my luggage before check-in so I could explore the town. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, the Gornergrat railway, and the sky train. It was so convenient to have everything within reach. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. the staff were really good too make my experience enjoyable.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were super friendly and gave great advice on things to do. The breakfast spread was amazing, a great way to start each day on the slopes. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with a separate ski room for our gear.

The only downside was the one key policy, a bit inconvenient if one of us wanted to stay out past 10 when the front desk closed. Would love to see a solution to this in the future.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting this beautiful Swiss Alpine town. It's situated right in the center, on a little hill, offering the most amazing views of the Matterhorn. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help and recommend nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with some even featuring a patio with a view of the Matterhorn. And the breakfast served here is simply delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The view from the room was fine, with a direct view of the famous mountain. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main street and train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, accommodating our needs and providing useful information.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the central area, requiring about a 10-minute walk. The pillows provided were quite flat, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

We loved the amazing view from our room's circular bay window. The hotel's cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff was so good. Although the shower configuration in the bathtub was a bit concerning, the manager was responsive and open to feedback. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing visit.
